A well-oiled machine
At D&G Scaffolding we place a strong emphasis on teamwork, encouraging our crew to work together as one. Each member plays an integral part of a well-oiled machine, working together to get each and every job completed to the highest standards and on time. But unlike machinery, if one part fails our team doesn’t fall apart, instead the other members step up to the mark and fill in for the missing piece ensuring that the work we carry out is of the highest quality and fully compliant with H&S standards.
Working in rain or shine our crew are always happy and proud of the work they do.

Work Hard, Play Hard
Dedicated to their work we’ve allowed the team to set up their very own ‘scaffold gym’ at our yard. At the end of a working day they enjoy letting off steam or, if they’re young and energetic, using up that last bit of energy, lifting weights and toning their muscles but again working as a team spotting each other on their makeshift bench press.
